Next Chapter Realty is a woman-owned real estate partnership founded by Sabrina Soares and Stephanie Turner, proudly serving Fayetteville, Raeford, and surrounding North Carolina communities. We provide residential sales and full-service property management, offering steady guidance at every stage of the real estate journey.

Stephanie has been managing properties since 2018 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2022. As a former military spouse, she brings a deep understanding of PCS moves, military housing needs, and the importance of clear communication and stability during transitions. Her experience in operations and tenant relations ensures homes and investments are cared for with precision and respect.

Sabrina began her real estate career in 2021 and previously held licenses in Rhode Island and Massachusetts before becoming licensed solely in North Carolina as a Broker-in-Charge. Her multi-state background offers a broad market perspective, strong leadership, and client-centered advocacy.
